Dr Justyn Huang is a Specialist Consultant Cardiologist based in Sydney. He sees adult patients with all types of cardiovascular disease and has special interests in advanced cardiovascular imaging, preventative cardiology and ischaemic heart disease.
After graduating from Manchester University (UK), Dr Huang underwent Physician Training at the Prince of Wales Hospital and completed his Specialist Cardiology training at Liverpool Hospital, Sydney. Following this he was trained in Advanced Cardiac Imaging, both Cardiac CT and MRI, at the prestigious St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney.
Dr Huang holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, has achieved the highest level of certification in both Cardiac CT and Cardiac MRI (SCMR level 3 and level B CTCA), and has completed the EuroCMR Examination (European Cardiac MRI Society). Dr Huang is the current Director of Cardiac CT and Senior Staff Specialist at Campbelltown Hospital.
He is passionate about medical education and charity. He continues to train Cardiology Registrars, Junior Doctors and Medical students on a regular basis. He is an active volunteer for MedEarth, and organises medical equipment donations to underdeveloped countries.
